This report has three sections:
In the Block Contact(s) Distribution sheets, a notation of "No Paper Deliv." means that the FHA directory does not show anyone living at the address. This notation might be incorrect if
NOTE: Residences listed as "No Paper Deliv." and those listed as "Opt Out: Newsletter" (or "Opt Out: Directory", in the future) ARE NOT included in the totals for printing, or distribution to Area Contacts or Block Contacts.
The Block Contacts, if desired, can annotate their Block Contact(s) Distribution sheet and return to their Area Contact or otherwise provide the information to FHA to update listings. If an address is vacant, for example, or if someone tells the Block Contact they no longer wish to receive a newsletter, the Directory team can update the directory accordingly.
