I created a catalogue en converted it to pdf. How can I automatically create a table of contents? For example table of contents of all the h1 elements?

At the moment this requires an external script, like a Perl/Python/Ruby script, or XSLT transform, to add the links. Prince can then generate cross-references for the links using CSS.
