I have an application that uses Prince to convert an HTML page to PDF and then stream the pdf as a download. The process works great when Windows authentication is off but I receive an authorization exception when it is on. How do I get around this?

Prince does not support Windows authentication, only HTTP Basic Authentication and cookie-based authentication.

For the record, Prince 10 now has support for Windows authentication.
