prince-footnote-policy: keep-with-line; not working

i want prince to fit all my footnotes on one single page instead of pushing them to the next page. So i tried the prince footnote policy. Its not working.
(i tired the keep-with-block property as well with no effect. Is there any mistake in my css?

The prince-footnote-policy property needs to be applied to the paragraph that the footnote occurs in, not the footnote element itself.
