I work for a company who maid web applications for accounting and payroll.
We want to make a PDF who contains an extraction of all application's help, and I'm asked if we can used a non-commercial version of PrinceXml. I specify that these PDF documentations aren't include in the price of the app, the customer don't use PrinceXml or a system of PDF generation, he can just download the PDF generated.

You may use the non-commercial version of Prince as long as:

- the documents are available to all, for free
- the documents do not contain advertisements
- you place links to www.princexml.com from your your site
