I've checked out the documentation for footnotes in PrinceXML, but there's no mention of numbering in non-English languages.

Is it possible to number the footnotes in Bangla?

You can use a script function for the counter style, the same as page numbering, as we discussed earlier.

The documentation on footnotes says "Prince automatically generates footnote markers, the numeric markers placed in front of the footnote text. "

Will I be able to translate that too?

Yes. For example, if you use <span class="fn"> for footnotes:

span.fn::footnote-call { content: ... }
span.fn::footnote-marker { content: ... }

where you replace the ... with the appropriate counter, or call to prince-script().
