I am keen on evaluating Prince solution for generating PDF from XMl, HTML and CSS. Your solution seems an ideal fit for I am planning to develop.
I am planning to develop a Xamarin based mobile application that will generate pdf using XML, HTML and CSS and this mobile application will work in offline mode too.

So please let me know if Prince solution is available for Xamarin development platform and also if it is available for Android platform ?

Prince is not available for Xamarin or Android at this time.

How big are the documents you wish to convert to PDF? I would worry that RAM usage might be an issue on some mobile platforms if the documents are too large.
