A friend of mine is creating a legal site and he's using XML and Adobe to generate the legal documents.

For example:

I am trying to get him to think more in a HTML way, and use PrinceXML however I'm not actually sure how to do the templating with PrinceXML. Any suggestions?

PHP? XSLT? Or any language that has a templating system for HTML, ie. all of them?
