I had a customer experience this error on Windows 10 recently. My software uses Prince 9.0 rev2. I tried recreating the error on a Windows 10 VM I have but without any luck. Any ideas on how I might troubleshoot this? I see in the forums that the last time this error showed up was with Windows 2000.

Was it a very big document leading to out of memory issues?

Actually this issue might already be fixed in the latest Windows packages for Prince 10 rev 4.
