My next question is about differences in generation of long texts.

During the pdf generation e.g on 500mm the text position (axis-x) can differ from 0.5 to 5mm on pdf vs browser. This value strictly depends on font family. (Browser latest build Chrome).

Do you know how we can solve this issue? e.g using some special text-rendering, font-kerning or sth.

In general it is not possible to exactly match text rendering on browsers, as this can differ according to the operating system, local font settings, screen resolution, browser version, and so on.
