Hi Mike,

We got performance issue on PDF generation for thousands pages document.

After simplify the style sheet, it's much faster than before.
I saw the command line output spent almost same time to do "Resolving cross-references", my PDF documents don't include any references, we use the page number. Could we speed up the PDF generation by skip the "Resolving cross-references" stage? please see the attached output file.

Or any other tricks could speed up for big documents?

Cross-references are when you refer to a page number that occurs later in the document, and hence is not known yet, for example with a table of contents.

It may be possible to improve document conversion speed, perhaps you could email me (mikeday@yeslogic.com) a copy of your HTML and CSS and I can take a look.
