Is it possible to change the user locale within the console or somewhere (e.g. set Accept-Language in HTTP)?

We use a Mediawiki where we create PDF's from. The Wiki is multilingual and the multilingual content can be adressed with subpages. In Mediawiki the interface language is according to the Browsers locale/default language. Is there an option in prince where I can say I want to see the content as I would, when I use the browser with a French configuration? How could I achieve this?

Currently Prince has no mechanism for setting the Accept-Language HTTP header. Can the preferred language be indicated in some other way, like a URL query parameter?

Unfortunately not, only for the content. It's not critical, I then have to find ways how to change this behavior within the wiki.
