Suppress windows error messages

Is it possible to suppress the retV messages that pop up when an error occurs during conversion?

I'm using the Activex/Com Interface on a remote XP machine and am passing back the Convert result elsewhere. Only thing is I have to log onto the remote machine and click OK to continue before the Convert routine finishes.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Chris

We'll take a look at this. Any idea what the error is? Can you enable a log file for Prince to write to?

The error was caused by issues within my CSS & HTML which I've since fixed:

Error:
Mon Nov 10 17:18:34 2008: ---- begin
Mon Nov 10 17:18:34 2008: warning: no glyphs for character U+0056
Mon Nov 10 17:18:34 2008: internal error: no fallback glyph for character U+0056
Mon Nov 10 17:18:34 2008: ---- end

The pop up error message title is PRINCE~1 and the message "retV = 0".

I'll email/pm you a screenshot the error message.

Hi Chris,

We've updated the ActiveX/COM interface to ensure that it doesn't pop-up any messages requiring manual intervention when an error occurs.

Works a treat. Thanks for the quick response.
