We are using a paid version of princexml.

Jan - 28- 2019 onwards the images are not displayed in the generated pdf.

Generated PDf contains only the alt text instead of image .

Previously the logo is displayed properly in PDF.

Could please help to resolve this issue?

Are any warning messages appearing in the Prince output log?

No warning message.

When we use the svg image, the generated pdf display the image properly.

Are the images local files or accessed over HTTP? Has there been some change to the system configuration? If it is working before then it should not stop working now.

Can you replicate the problem by running Prince manually from the command-line?

Command-line working.

It's bit of strange now the png image is displayed properly in the generated pdf.

Do you have any idea what would be the root cause of the issue?

FYI, We have restarted the apache server recently.

1. Is there any way to determine how many pages are printing from SaaS that requires PriceXML in the last year 2019 and 2020?

2. Is there that level of visibility on the server?

3. Is there any way to track this either in your server or your server? Please advise.

Prince does not track this, do you do any logging of requests or processes?
