How can I output a PDF with version 1.4 using Prince 7. The generated PDF through Prince 7 shows default version as 1.6.

The Prince 7 documentation shows "Prince produces PDF 1.4 files that are compatible with Adobe Acrobat and other PDF viewers such as Ghostview and Xpdf."

This is due to the embedding of an OTF font, which is a PDF 1.6 feature. We're working on another way of embedding OTF fonts which may be compatible with PDF 1.4.

We've now released Prince 7.0, which embeds OpenType CFF fonts using a different method which is compatible with PDF 1.4.
