Unsupported features in CSS 2.1

Prince supports all of CSS 2.1 except for these features:

• Prince does not support visibility: collapse.
• Prince does not support the armenian or georgian list styles.
• Prince treats 1ex equivalently to 0.5em, which is not correct for some fonts.
• Prince does not support the quotes property or the open-quote and close-quote values.
• Prince does not support the @charset rule, so external CSS style sheets must be encoded with UTF-8. (This does not apply to CSS style elements and attributes in XML or HTML, which always use the same encoding as the document).
