My CSS adds headers and footers to the page for printing. At the moment I apply fonts to body tag (inherited by everything in the HTML) and separately to my page headers. Can I apply fonts to the page itself so that they are inherited by all elements - header and html? If so, how?

I'm afraid not, at the moment @page and document elements are entirely separate.
