Problem with GIF not recognised

zebedee
There is no problem with the path to my images, but some of my GIFs are not being rendered in the PDF and output the following error from Prince:

warning: Unknown image format

Here is an example of a GIF that is causing problems:

SNIP - removed image

Is there a problem with it being transparent?

Thanks

The problem seems to be that it is black and white, and Prince is rejecting it. A quick workaround would be to load up the image in an image editor and resave it as a color GIF image or convert it to PNG format, then it should work fine. We will correct this bug in the next maintenance release of Prince.

Thanks for reporting the issue! :D

We have fixed this issue in Prince 5.1 rev 5, released today. It should have no problem loading any GIF images now! :D
