i have a doc with a number of long tables and I want to keep certain rows together on same page

Is there equivalent to keep with next or keep together?

Thanks for reply. I tried that, but to keep 2 rows together don't I have to use pbi at the table level. When I do this, the whole table typically shifts onto a new page (leaving a lot of white space) instead of breaking at a prefered point. Or am I missing something (e.g. could I use a row group or something)?

Then try manually breaking your table yourself. You can do pbi for each chunk that you want to keep together.

You can apply "page-break-before: avoid" and "page-break-after: avoid" to individual rows.
