Couldn't see this answered and the forum search function is ridiculously restrictive (useless):

We are exporting charts to a PDF. The chart gets converted to a PNG image before being added. Sometimes the images are so large that they are bigger than the page. The image is being cropped at the end of the page and not continuing on to the next page.

Is it possible to split the image up to go on multiple pages or scale the image to fit on the one page?

You can scale the image by giving it a fixed size using the width and height CSS properties, or by specifying a resolution (DPI) using the prince-image-resolution property.

At the moment there is no mechanism to split an image across multiple pages, the image would need to be split before invoking Prince.

No, images cannot be split automatically by Prince yet.
