We have an academic license for PrinceXML which we use with a self-hosted install of Pressbooks.

We upgraded to the latest version of Prince, and now receive "inapplicable license for this version."

We are running RHEL7 Linux. Pressbooks is at 3.9.5

Do we need to purchase the academic upgrade license? Thanks.

Yes, you will need to purchase a support contract to upgrade your license for Prince 11.

Hello, I have licence from 2017. Is it possible to update to latest version by purchasing support contract? Or it will allow me to upgrade just one version up from 12 to 13?

The latest version, although we would encourage a more frequent upgrade schedule.
