It takes about 10 minutes for your confirmation email to come through. when I click the confirmation link your system says:-

Invalid link
Sorry, that link is invalid or expired.


What is the expiry time? I have tried twice now. Could it be our corporate email filters causing a problem.

Perhaps, have you been able to activate now? The expiry time should be measured in hours, not minutes.

Hi mikeday. I tried the last email again this morning but it still failed. I then changed my email address (to the same email) again and got a new email. It arrived quite quickly but the link still failed as per above.

We've found that the link is getting retrieved twice (perhaps the first time automatically by your email server spam checker?) so the account is activated the first time and then the second actual access appears to fail. We will fix this on our end, but in the meantime your account is fine, sorry for the inconvenience.
