I'm currently working on a pipeline tool in rust that takes markdown files parse them to html, pipe them to prince and livereload mupdf so I can quickly iterate on documents before sendind them to docraptor.

My question is, can I release such a tool or would it infringe prince licensing ?

That would be fine, distributing the tool is different to distributing Prince.
