In certain formats, like screenplays, indications need to be given if a block of text (eg. dialog) is split across two pages. For instance, below, the (MORE) and (CONT'D) indicate the paragraph of text has been split.



Is this something that is possible to do automatically with Prince/CSS? Perhaps by abusing "display: table-caption" and prince-caption-page?
