We use Prince PDF to generate PDF reports in our application. We have a requirement to remove all metadata from a generated PDF before it is downloaded. How can we accomplish that?

I understand that you don't want to remove the reference to PrinceXML.
This requirement was introduced after pen testing. The pen tester concluded that the version info in the metadata could potentially hint towards known vulnerabilities. If we can keep the reference to princexml and remove the version number that would already help.
Would that be possible and/or allowed according to the EULA.
