I have 2 problems with web accessibility pdf testing :

1. essential Meta Data is missing, while i used all the command options for Meta Data ?
see included pdf and screenprint
2. the titel is not displayed in the title bar, the filename is, also see included pdf

Hope you have solution for this ?

As you can see, the title is set correctly, and the file uses "tagged" PDF, which is important for accessibility.

The warning message you shared in the image seems quite generic, are you able to be more specific about what type of metadata is missing? And what software/service you use for testing?

Finally, please run the attached HTML file through your testing procedure and share the result.
