failed to initialise locking for OpenSSL

pkmiec
I am trying to upgrade from Prince 14.2 to 15.1 and seeing "prince: warning: disabled parallel downloads: failed to initialise locking for OpenSSL". I have found a couple of old forum posts regarding such warning, but I am unclear how big of an issue it is nor how to resolve it. Any help is appreciated.

Which Prince package have you installed?

Thanks for that quick reply. I have the following line in Dockerfile,

RUN yum install -y https://www.princexml.com/download/prince-15.1-1.centos7.x86_64.rpm

and I just realized I am using Rocky Linux 8 but am still referencing centos 7.

I guess I need to use prince-15.1-1.almalinux8.x86_64.rpm.

And I just wanted to confirm the OpenSSL warning is now gone.

Thank you!

Great, glad to hear it!
