FreeBSD moved to version 1.0.1 of libavif, which no longer installs a libavif.so.15. We're now at libavif.so.16. Could you release a new version of princexml for FreeBSD with the latest bindings?

The latest build now statically links to libavif on FreeBSD 13 to avoid this problem.
