In a two-column Prince layout with full-width objects using -prince-float: page, is there any way to prevent those page floats from appearing on page 1 above opener content, while still allowing them to appear as early as possible on later pages, without globally deferring all page floats by one page?
Does -prince-float-policy: in-order constrain page floats relative to earlier column floats, or only relative to other floats already eligible for placement?
This is a real problem, and maybe I'm missing something obvious, but we've (Codex and I
) have been thrashing for hours trying all kinds of things, with only -prince-float-defer-page: 1 sorta working but having bad side effects when applied to all floating objects.
Help!
