In many standard two-column formats, footnotes at the bottom of the page span just the width of a single column. However, Prince footnotes span the entire width of the page. Is there any way to get the per-column footnote behavior I'm looking for?
I guess it might be possible to make the footnote a "float" to the bottom of the column, but I'm not sure how that would work with multiple footnotes and such.
I'd welcome any advice, but I'm afraid this may end up being a new feature request rather a "how to" question...
