I am trying to find the limits to CSS and Prince.
In 2 column Bible text for each of the following:
Can I create a center column for cross-reference?
Can I put the footnotes at the end of a section within the text flow?
Can I put footnotes in outside column in footnote area?
How about two areas in the footnotes. 1) footnotes with letters a, b, c, .... followed by 2) cross-references identified by chapter:verse. (See Good News Bible).
