Is there a way I can force the bottom-border of a table to display when it is split by a page break?

I've bodged this by placing a bottom-border on the div where the table sits and removing the bottom-border from the table.

Not if it splits half-way through a cell, which you can disable by using page-break-inside: avoid on cells or rows.
