We're very excited to see that math in PDF files can now be made fully accessible (see https://pdfa.org/accessible-math-in-pdf-finally/). We would love to see PrinceXML add support for PDF/UA-2 documents and accessible MathML in particular. Is this on the current roadmap?

hi @mikeday, any update on this? It's one of the more requested improvements we hear about from our users at Pressbooks.

We will need to investigate! One issue is that MathML is often pre-processed by JavaScript libraries like KaTeX and MathJax, which might complicate the accessibility story.
